New Delhi: Ahead of Delhi assembly polls, Bharatiya Janata Party president Rajnath Singh on Sunday said his party's CM candidate Harsh Vardhan from the national capital has a clear vision and clean intention.

Singh posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter – "The BJP's CM candidate for Delhi Dr Harshvardhan is a man of clear vision, firm conviction and clean intention. (sic)"

Taking a dig at the Sheila Dikshit-led Congress government here, Singh further tweeted, "According to a UN study of 95 mega cities around the world, Indian cities like Delhi and Mumbai are neither lovable nor livable."

Meanwhile, addressing a rally here yesterday, BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi had said that the Congress party thinks that it has a sovereign right over power and hence all its policies were only geared towards winning elections and not for the country's development.

"The Congress has become habituated in enjoying power (alone). Their leaders think that they were born to be in power and can fool the people of India with their false promises," Modi had said, addressing a rally in west Delhi's Dwarka.
