Congress believes poor and rich should be taken along: Rahul Gandhi in MP

Kukshi: Congress’s star campaigner Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday addressed a rally here in poll bound Madhya Pradesh and said that the party doesn’t differentiates between any community and wants to take the poor forward.

Addressing an election rally, Rahul said that the Congress will continue to bring in laws like the Right to Education, Right to Work, Right to Food, Right to Information to take the poor forward.

Attacking the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government in Madhya Pradesh, Rahul said that the United Nations has said that the state is very low in hunger index.

Rahul alleged that sand mafia is rampant in Madhya Pradesh and because of this problem the tribals are losing out empowerment.

“There’s no dearth of money in this country, the only problem is that the money doesn’t reached the poor,” Rahul asserted.

“The Congress introduces doesn’t differentiates between any community in forming policies,” the Congress leader said.

“We believe that everyone including poor or the rich should be taken along.”

“MNREGA is world's largest employment guarantee Scheme, has the BJP given that to you,” Rahul asked the people gathered for his rally.
