Hyundai sales up 5% in July

New Delhi: Hyundai Motor India Ltd (HMIL) on Saturday reported 5 percent increase in total sales at 50,408 units in July.

The company had sold 48,014 units in the same month last year, HMIL said in a statement.

In the domestic market, Hyundai sold 36,500 units last month as compared with 29,275 units in July 2014, up 24.7 percent.

However, the company's exports declined 25.8 percent to 13,908 units as against 18,739 units in the same period last year.
