Zee Media BureauNew Delhi: Chinese handset maker Lenovo on Wednesday claimed it sold out 35,000 units of its budget smartphone a7000 in matter of seconds during its flash on Flipkart.
Lenovo held the second round of flash sale for its a7000 smartphone today.
Exclusively available on Flipkart, the Lenovo a7000 is price at Rs 8,999 only.
During its first flash sale last Wednesday, 30,000 units of the Lenovo a7000 smartphone were sold out in 4 seconds.
The next round of flash sale is on April 29 for which the registrations have begun. However, the company has not given any detail about the amount of smartphones to be sold.
Lenovo A7000 sports a 5.5-inch HD display with 720x1280 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek chipset. The dual-SIM smartphone runs Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box and is supported by 2GB RAM.
It sports an 8MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera. It has 8GB inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card.
