New Delhi: Nokia is indeed working its way out to procure its tagline into reality by launching handsets that certainly has Indian market going gaga over it.

Nokia's last year launch-- Lumia 520-- is considered to be giving a tough competition to other low budget phones from the rival companies.

It becomes quite natural to compare the phone with its predecessor--Lumia 520--that has seen a huge success ever since it was launched. With the succes of Lumia 520, it was indeed anticipated that Nokia will come up with something more 'exclusive' to sustain the success of its previous launch Lumia 520.

Finnish handset maker Nokia launched the Lumia 630 in the Indian market this month with a 4.5-inch display, pricing it at an affordable range of Rs. 10,940 whereas its predecessor Lumia 520, which is the cheapest windows Phone 8-powered smartphone hit the Indian market last year at Rs. 7,499. Nokia Lumia 520 and 630 is designed like other Lumia phones having polycarbonate body and curved edges.

Both the phones are budget devices but it has the same vital design pattern of Lumia 920. Nokia carries on with the idea of playing with colors, with many bright colour options viz. Bright Green, Bright Orange, Black, White etc.

Lumia 520 has 480 x 800p screen resolution and 233ppi pixel density in contrast with the Lumia 630 which has 480 x 854 pixels screen resolution and 218 ppi pixel density. Lumia 520 runs on a 1GHz dual-core Qualcomm processor, coupled with 512MB RAM and comes with 8GB inbuilt storage whereas its successor is powered by quad-core 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor which is supported by 512MB of RAM for smart performance.

Both the lumia phones have Light sensor, Proximity sensor, Scratch-resistant glass display making it much appreciable at low price.

Nokia Lumia 520 has a standard IPS panel, lacking the ClearBlack Display technology which the users will not miss on the Nokia 630 handsets. The camera is a big disappointment for Nokia 520 as well Nokia 630 as both the phones lack a front camera specially at a time when taking “ Selfie” is the new trend. Furthermore, both the devices' 5 MP rear camera isn’t the best around. Hopefully, with the next update, Nokia will come up with a front-facing camera, hitherto a glaring omission in the 630 and 520.

Nokia 630 is 7 percent slimmer than Nokia Lumia 520. Slimmer devices are easier to carry in pocket and look more fashionable. Nokia 630 has a 1,830 mAh battery which is bit powerful as compared to the 1,430 mAh battery in Lumia 520. The new battery will be good enough to get you through a day of use with ease.

Both the phones (Keeping the range in mind) are worth buying if one is not so fond of the latest hub of android phones. However if you are looking for a sub-Rs 10,000 phone, do consider the Lumia 520!
