New Delhi: Anil Ambani-led Reliance Capital has been observing yoga week from June 19 and will continue through June 26.
Employees would be encouraged to participate in various sessions by trained yoga teachers throughout the week, the company said.
"Yoga offers complete peace of mind and provides all round fitness for body and soul. This initiative is aimed to encourage our employees to adopt a healthier and balanced approach in life. Such initiatives also form an important part of our overall Employee Care program," Pushkar Kataria, chief people officer, Reliance Capital said.
