Zee Media Bureau New Delhi: Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has purchased a luxury apartment spread over 5,500 sq ft at a high-end residential complex in Bandra-Kurla Complex for Rs 21 crore.
The blueprint of the property can be seen in the picture, as published by Times of India.
The deal values the place around Rs 38,000 per sq ft. The complex has three towers Signature Island, Signia Isles and Signia Pearl.
Actress Sonam Kapoor also bought a 7,000 sq ft duplex apartment in Signature Island in the same complex for over Rs 35 crore.
The other residents of the plush apartments are former CITI Group head Vikram Pandit and Gunit Chadha, Deutsche Bank co-chief executive officer of Asia/Pacific.
