Bangalore: At least three people were killed and one injured when a three-storeyed under construction building collapsed in Kengeri area on Monday.
While rescue operations are on, Police and Fire Force officials did not rule out possibility of more people trapped underneath debris.
“The building collapsed when labourers were inside the premise” Home Minister KJ George told reporters.
Two victims were from Karnataka and one was from North India.
“The injured have been taken to a nearby hospital” said Transport Minister Ramalinga Reddy, in charge of Bangalore.
