Kozhikode: Senior Congress leader and prominent trade unionist K Sadirikoya died after a prolonged illness at his residence on Sunday, family sources said.
He was 80. He leaves wife and five children.
Sadirikoya was elected to Kozhikode Corporation in 1968 and 1972.
A former Kerala INTUC President, Sadirikoya, was also a journalist and had worked in Malayalam dailies including Malayala Manorama and Mathrubhumi.
