Imphal: An IED blast rocked the capital city of Manipur, Imphal, on Thursday evening. Two person have been reportedly killed and nine others are injured in the explosion which occurred in a market in Imphal west at around 5:10 pm.
After the blast, the police has cordoned off the area.
