Muzaffarnagar: Attachment proceedings have been initiated against two absconding accused in connection with the Dulhera gang-rape case.
A woman was gang-raped in a graveyard near Dulhera village on June 4 following which police had registered a case against 11 people and arrested nine persons in this connection.
A local court had on Saturday last ordered attachment proceedings against absconding accused Kala and Nafees.
