Meat, fish and poultry
You can create many recipes with leftover meat and chicken. Just shred, slice, mince or chop them up and see what you can come up with. You can use them in soup, salad or as fillings for wraps and sandwiches.
For example, slice up some meat or chicken and stir fry with chopped vegetables and sauces and you have a Chinese stir fry dish or mix the same ingredients with mayonnaise and pickle for sandwich filling. You can make fish cakes with leftover fish and mashed potatoes.
