London: England`s captain Alastair Cook backed team mates against blame for Ashley Giles` failure to become the new head coach .
According to The Independent, Cook said that the team got behind Giles, liked his methods, worked hard and enjoyed working under him, one cannot say the players let Ashley down,
He added that he does not think past results had any impact on picking Moores, as he have 16 years of successful coaching experience.
