Zeecric Bureau New Delhi: Former Pakistan opener Imran Nazir was arrested along with his friends in connection with the kidnapping of a government official.
Police had earlier filed an FIR against Imran and his friends after the official had reported the matter to them accusing Imran and two of his friends of attempting to kidnap him.
Imran Nazir has represented Pakistan in 8 Test matches and 78 ODIs at an average of 32 and 24 respectively.
