 New Delhi: Dashing England batsman Kevin Pietersen turned up at the Delhi Daredevils` training session here at the Ferozeshah Kotla on Friday to boost the morale of his teammates.
Pietersen, ruled out of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to a knee injury, was seen talking to his teammates ahead of Delhi`s game against the Rajasthan Royals on Saturday. The 32-year-old, who was seen wearing knee braces, is in the national capital on a personal visit.
The Daredevils lost their first match of the sixth edition of the IPL against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Wednesday.
