New Delhi: Police have recorded the statement of Sahil Peerzada, the fiancée of Zohal Hamid who was allegedly molested by Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach.
The model-turned businessman has claimed to have been punched 3-4 times by the RCB batsman and his statement corroborates what Zohal has alleged.
He is likely to be discharged from the hospital later tonight.
Pomersbach, who has had a history of brawls and brush with police in his country, and accused of outraging the modesty of a woman here Thursday night after a post-match party, had been granted bail on Saturday.
