Sydney: Australian opener David Warner will reportedly miss his team`s next overseas assignment in Zimbabwe due to the impending birth of his child with his `ironwoman` fiancee Candice Falzon.

The current top Test and ODI team in the world will meet in Brisbane for a player camp next month before embarking in August on their first visit to the African nation in more than a decade for a triangular one-day series that will also include South Africa.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, the tournament is a key lead-up event to the 2015 World Cup and will see Australia play five ODIs in 13 days, although Warner has withdrawn from the tour, citing family reasons as Falzon is due to give birth to their first child in September.

Warner, who is playing in the Indian Premier League ( IPL ) with Sunrisers Hyderabad, expects to then be back on national duties for the team`s next Test mission, against Pakistan in the United Arab Emirates in October, the report added.
