David Beckham backs England to go far at Euro 2012Warsaw: David Beckham believes that England have all the ingredients to have a successful Euro 2012 campaign should they reach the later stages of the tournament.

The Three Lions followed up a credible 1-1 draw with France with a thrilling 3-2 win over Sweden on Friday, and can book their place in the knock-out stages with a point against Ukraine on Tuesday.

A second place finish in Group D would see Roy Hodgson`s side face world champions Spain in the quarter-finals, but Beckham, who captained his country at three major tournaments, feels that his compatriots have no reason to fear any opponent.

"We’ve a great goalkeeper and a talented back four," Beckham told reporters.

"Then when you have also got the likes of (Alex) Oxlade-Chamberlain, Theo Walcott, James Milner, Steven Gerrard, Scott Parker and Danny Welbeck, that’s a dangerous group going forward and more dangerous than a lot of the teams I’ve seen in the competition so far."

"If we get a good result against Ukraine, I don’t see why we can’t go all the way. Hopefully, we can continue to play the way that we have so far.
"It`s really exciting to watch an England team playing like that with so many good players in it."

England`s clash with Ukraine kicks off at 20:45CET on Tuesday.
