 Gdansk: Germany defender Holger Badstuber has admitted that he would prefer to face England, rather than Italy, in the Euro 2012 semi-finals.
Joachim Low`s men beat Greece 4-2 on Friday night in the quarter-finals to book a place in the last four, with the winners of Sunday`s game between the Three Lions and the Azzurri their next opponents.
The Bayern Munich centre-back has confessed that Roy Hodgson`s men would be easier to beat considering die Mannschaft`s style of play, and is hoping for a rematch of the Euro 96 semi-final.
"I would rather face England. Why? They suit us better," he told reporters after the victory over Fernando Santos` side.
Germany`s semi-final against either England or Italy will take place on Thursday evening in Warsaw.
