Berlin: The German Football Association (DFB) are negotiating with their Spain counterparts to play an away international friendly against the world and European champions later this year.
"In November this year, we want to play against Spain alongside our Euro 2016 qualifier against Gibraltar, but we`re waiting to hear from the Spanish federation," DFB General Secretary Helmut Sandrock told magazine Sport Bild.
Sandrock has also said the DFB are also trying to set up home matches against England, Italy and Holland in 2015 and 2016.
DFB president Wolfgang Niersbach is also planning an international away against Israel in March 2015 as part of celebrations to mark 50 years of German-Israeli diplomatic relations.
