Diet of 16 bananas per day secret behind Blake’s blazing success	London: The secret behind sprinter Yohan Blake’s brilliant success in the recently conducted Jamaican Olympic trials has been revealed, and it is a diet of 16 bananas a day.

Blake beat fellow countryman and Olympic champion Usain Bolt twice within 48 hours during the trials in the 100 meters and 200 meters races.

Blake claims a diet of ripe bananas fuelled him to run faster than a Lightning Bolt and create a pre-Olympic sensation.

“I eat 16 ripe bananas every day. Naturally I tend to lose potassium so I have to build it all back. For me it works, more energy,” a newspaper quoted Blake, as saying.

Blake is on the verge of becoming the biggest spoilsport in Olympic history, 80,000 fans having paid up to 750 pound each specifically to see Bolt light up London.
