Event: 10m Air Rifle

All eyes would be once again on Abhinav Bindra who created history by winning the only individual gold medal for India at the Beijing Olympics in 2008.

The ace shooter received the Arjuna Award at the age of 17 and is also the youngest recipient of the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna Award – the highest sporting honor in the country. Abhinav has also been decorated with the Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian honour in 2009 after his historic Gold Medal win at the Beijing Olympics.

The World and Olympic champion, Bindra who sets high standards for himself shall settle for nothing less than a gold medal.
