Paris: Jari-Matti Latvala stayed on course for victory in his home Rally of Finland on Friday as he opened up a commanding lead over Britain`s Kris Meeke.
Latvala took his VW Polo to 19.7sec lead over his Citroen rival.
World champion Sebastien Ogier of France, in the second factory Polo, is 21.3sec off the pace.
