New Delhi: A 14-member team will represent India in the World Rowing Junior Championships starting in Brieve La Gaillarde, France from August 5.
The team, consisting six boys and as many girls, will participate in the coxless pair and quadruple sculls events in the four-day championship.
Indian contenders will be accompanied by coaches Ismail Baig and M T Binu, a Rowing Federation of India release said.
Meanwhile, FISA umpire Chacko Kandathil has been selected to officiate in the event.
