Jaitley allocates Rs.400 crore for Indian sports
Finance Minister Arun Jaitley Thursday allocated Rs.400 crore for the development of Indian sports, including upgradation of sports infrastructure in Jammu and Kashmir, a sports university in Manipur and training for athletes for the upcoming Commonwealth Games and Asiad.

Tirkey, the highest capped (412 international matches) Indian player, was forced to retire from the game prematurely due to ankle problems.
