Tashkent: Second seed Divij Sharan and Purav Raja of India today moved into the quarterfinals of the USD 125,000 Tashkent Challenger after notching up a hard-fought win over the Italian pair of Andrea Arnaboldi and Thomas Fabbian in the doubles event, here.
The duo of Sharan-Raja overcame a first set deficit to beat their opponents 5-7 6-3 10-3 in a contest that lasted one hour and 19 minutes at the Olympic tennis school complex.
The fast rising Indian pair will meet Tunisia`s Malek Jaziri and Farrukh Dustov of Uzbekistan in the quarters tomorrow.
