Wimbledon: World No.1 and top seed Novak Djokovic dispatched his countryman Victor Troicki in straight sets 6-3, 6-1, 6-3 in round 4 to ease into the quarter-final.

Second seed Victoria Azarenka of Belarus dispatched Ana Ivanovic 6-1, 6-0 to advance to the quarter-final of to meet Tamira Paszek.

Former World No.1 Kim Clijsters lost to 8th seed Angelique Kerber 6-1, 6-1 in the 4th round.

Six time Wimbledon champion Roger Federer overcome his back problem to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon 2012 defeating Xavier Malisse 7-6, 6-1, 4-6, 6-3.

World No.1 and top seed Maria Sharapova crashed out of Wimbledon 2012 losing to Sabine Lisicki of Germany 6-4, 6-3.

Defending champion and No.4 seed Petra Kvitova defeated Francesca Schiavone 4-6, 7-5, 6-1 to enter the quarter-final of Wimbledon 2012 to meet Serena Williams.

In the Ladies’ draw, Serena Williams won a hard fought battle against Yaroslava Shvedova 6-1, 2-6, 7-5 to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon 2012.

Federer is probably the greatest player ever, though understandably he`s slowed a bit. I hope he or Andy win the Wimbledon Championship this year. Djokovic is a very good player but totally dull and creating no enthusiasm for his game.
