Slow and steady wins the race: Dhumal

Shimla: As the votes were being counted for Himachal Pradesh Assembly Elections 2012, incumbent Chief Minister PK Dhumal expressed hope of a victory.

BJP’s Dhumal said “slow and steady wins the race”.

The CM said that he had spoken to his Gujarat counterpart Narendra Modi as well.

“We will win in both states,” Dhumal said.
