BJD wins civic polls in Odisha

The ruling Biju Janata Dal (BJD) Wednesday won civic body elections in two Odisha towns. Of 15 wards in the notified area council of Titilagarh in Bolangir district, about 330 km from here, the BJD won 14, an official said.
