Attari: A group of students on Tuesday participated in a kite festival close to the Indo-Pak border to send a message of peace across the borders.
The festival was organised by a private school along with Sarhad, a food and culture park located close to the Attari-Wagah border.
A large number of children enjoyed pre-Independence Day celebration with their kites wafting towards the Wagah border carrying messages of peace and friendship.
Aman Jaspal, CEO of Sarhad said, youth on both sides of the border want peace, and added the kite festival will convey the greetings of Independence Day.
