Indore: The district authorities demolished the main gate of controversial godman Asaram Bapu's ashram here on Saturday.
The demolition was carried out as the entrance gate was built on government land.
Asaram has of late been in the news for the alleged sexual assault of a minor at his ashram near Jodhpur. He is currently in judicial custody in connection with the case.
