Mixed response to Arvind Kejriwal`s sit-in Twitter

New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's dharna in front of Rail Bhawan on Monday evoked mixed response on social networking website ranging from outrage to support.

#YoKejriwalSoBrave, #QuitAAP were some hashtags trending on microblogging website Twitter as the Delhi Chief Minister, along with his six ministers, staged a sit-in demanding suspension of three SHOs and two ACPs in the Danish woman gangrape case and face-off with ministers Rakhi Birla and Somnath Bharti.

While one user with Twitter handle @seshu1992 tweeted " AAP circulating letter of June 2013...To pass on it as related to Somnath Bharathi's case.

#QuitAAP (sic)", another with handle @AmiSri tweeted, "Self proclaimed anarchist HH Sir Kejriwal doing his drama at the cost of public money & public convenience! #QuitAAP".

Twitterati also took potshots on Kejriwal's "dharna drama" leading to trending of hashtag #YoKejriwalSoBrave.

A tweet by user @doctoratlarge "#YoKejriwalSoBrave that he fearlessly enters a lift with Tarun Tejpal" was retweeted over 115 times while another with handle @Roflindian said "Twitter is letting off Kejriwal lightly by just trending #YoKejriwalSoBrave. Socrates was put to death for opposing the establishment."

However, there was also support for the Chief Minister with @AamAadmiParty saying "#BJP & Congress united in protesting against @ArvindKejriwal who is taking up the cause of the common people. B-teams?" #YoKejriwalSoBrave.
