Washington: After the National Security Agency's (NSA) data snooping revelations, people around the world are worried about their personal and sensitive informations being reviewed by the agencies.

However, here is a good news for Gmail users as you can find out if anyone has been snooping or trying to hack your personal information by using a simple tool provided by Google.

Once you login to your Gmail account scroll to the bottom of the inbox screen and look for the link labelled 'Details' in the lower-right corner.

When you click on the link, another window pops up that shows details of last 10 times the account was accessed, along with how they accessed it (through a browser, an email app, and so on), their IP address, and when they accessed it.

In case, you think that the details shown are different from what you expected it to be then immediate change your password. You can also turn on the two-factor authentication for the Google account.

A two-factor authentication also called two-step verification adds a second step to your Google login. In a two-factor authentication you first enter your user name and password and then a single-use security code, which usually gets sent to your phone via an app or text message.
