Lugansk: Shelling has killed at least 22 residents in the besieged rebel-held bastion of Lugansk in east Ukraine over the past 24 hours, a local official said on Thursday.
"There was an artillery bombardment of the eastern areas of the city. A bus, shop and several apartment blocks were hit," an official from the regional administration told a news agency on condition of anonymity.
