Development is is a relative terms and if GONGRESS says there is no devlopment than thery have set a high Bar of Development then they should apply these Bar to their ruled state and to the country , but at that time they come with lot many excuses like `` we r better than neighbouring country`` or will say `` euroesn cricesis has efected our growth and no country in the world is aloof from these crises`` so instade of having the honest confesion or introspection they r busy in elliging the Narendra Modi .
