Barcelona defender Eric Abidal will be sidelined for around 10 days after aggravating a thigh injury in the holders` Champions League match against Arsenal on Tuesday.

Barcelona and France left back Eric Abidal injured an adductor muscle in his left leg in training on Tuesday and will be out for six to eight weeks, the La Liga club said on their website.
