The Gujarat HC Thursday referred back to the CBI court the question of the constitutional validity of jailed police officer NK Amin turning approver in the 2005 Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case.

The hearing on the plea of NK Amin, an accused in the Sohrabuddin Sheikh fake encounter case, to become an approver, was adjourned till August 18 by the CBI court here on Friday.
