Sonia to lay foundation stone of Rohtang tunnel project

More than eight years after Atal Bihari Vajpayee laid the foundation stone of Rohtang Tunnel project at Palchang near Manali, UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi will again lay the foundation stone of the project on June 28.
