I&B ministry charts plan for phase II of cable TV digitisation

After having carried out the first phase of cable TV digitisation in Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, the Information and Broadcasting ministry Tuesday charted out plans for its implementation in 38 cities that come under phase II.
