Ranbaxy launches generic diabetes treatment tablets in US

Ranbaxy Laboratories on Friday said it has launched generic pioglitazone hydrochloride tablets used for treating diabetes in the American market under an agreement with Takeda Pharmaceuticals USA Inc.
