2G Scam: Ambani under scrutiny; Tata, Videocon come clean

The CBI on Thursday virtually gave a clean chit to Tata and Videocon groups in the 2G spectrum scam but said the role of Anil Ambani was being probed as three jailed corporate honchos of his company Reliance ADAG have distanced themselves from any wrongdoing.

The CBI also claimed that Spice Telecom's licence eligibility was better than Swan Telecom and Unitech Wireless.
