Government collects over Rs 2.15 lakh cr as spectrum, licence fees

The government on Wednesday said it has received over Rs 2.15 lakh crore so far from telecom operators as spectrum fee and licence fee.

The government Wednesday said telecom regulator TRAI has issued showcause notices to Bharti airtel, Idea Cellular, Loop Telecom, Reliance Communications and Vodafone over alleged violation of mobile number portability regulations.
