Clarify stand on MLA accused of quake relief fund misuse: HC

The Gujarat High Court on Friday asked the State Government to clarify by July 23 its stand on a petition seeking criminal action against BJP MLA Shankar Chaudhary for allegedly misusing earthquake relief fund in 2001.
