The 2012 edition of the Jaipur Literature Festival saw an unusual reception by the media and made news for all wrong reasons- courtesy Salman Rushdie. The prestigious Indian literature fest ended on a rather controversial note and the organisers have regretted making the presence of Salman Rushdie public prior to his participation.
