Pressure mounted from within the BCCI on N Srinivasan to resign as its President on Wednesday, with two Board heavyweights, Rajeev Shukla and Arun Jaitley, asking him to "disassociate" himself from the inquiry proceedings against his son-in-law and IPL franchise CSK.
