An inquiry committee set up to investigate reasons behind the stampede at railway station here has been directed to submit its report within one month, UP Chief Secretary Javed Usmani on Monday said.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav on Monday said that those injured in Allahabad railway station stampede would be given a financial assistance of Rs two lakhs.
