The Jammu and Kashmir government today approved release of 10 per cent Dearness Allowance (DA) instalment which will be effective from July 2013.

Govt has also decided to scrap Audit Report 1 (AR1) which was mandatory for traders with an annual turnover exceeding Rs 10 crore to file.
