WADA deny they helped Lance Armstrong avoid positive drug test

Martial Saugy, director of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Lausanne laboratory, has rejected United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) claims that they helped banned cyclist Lance Armstrong to avoid detection for the blood-boosting agent EPO.

Alleged poor doping control led to Katusha ban

The Katusha cycling team says it was refused a 2013 WorldTour licence on the grounds that its anti-doping programme was insufficient, immediately rejecting the claim.
