A Delhi court fixed January 25 for considering the defamation suit filed by AAP against the CEO of `Media Sarkar` for releasing a "doctored" video allegedly showing some party candidates accepting funds through illegal means.

The Election Commission on Wednesday said that no clean chit has been given to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in sting operation by portal media Media Sarkar in which the party leaders were allegedly shown accepting funds illegally.
