Reiterating that strict action will be taken against culprits involved in the death of Arunachal Pradesh student following a scuffle in South Delhi`s Lajpat Nagar market, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejrwal on Saturday said Delhi belongs to everyone in the country, and added that it is the duty of a responsible government to ensure safety to all people.
